What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, P. Sherrod & Co. will accept the return or exchange of any product postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.  All items must be returned in the original sales condition; unused, tagged, protected and accompanied with the original sales receipt.  Items must be returned in their original product packaging.  Items received after the 30 day return/exchange window will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Final sale/Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.  Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.  Once your return is received and inspected by the Return/Exchange Department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional business days after your card is credited for it to post to your account.  Please be sure your return is shipped via an insured, traceable, authorized shipping company (ie: USPS, UPS, Fedex).  P Sherrod & Co. is not responsible for items that are shipped by the customer and not received to the P. Sherrod & Co Return/Exchange department. 

Customers must contact customer service via email at info@psherrod.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning any product.  Returns/exchanges should be mailed along with your original sales receipt, contact information and authorization number to:

What are my shipping options?

*****PLEASE NOTE!!! DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON SOME PACKAGES ARE SEVERELY DELAYED BY THE POSTAL SERVICE******

  • Standard Ground Shipping - Ships within 48 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping - Ships within 24 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping - Ships within 24 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is next business day for orders placed prior to 12:00 pm EST.  Orders placed after1 2:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping and handling rates are applied by weight per item and box size.  Standard shipping does not include sales or service tax. Shipping and handling also includes packing materials.  For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment.  We currently only ship to the continental US and do not ship to locations outside that area.  We will be expanding our shipping locations later in the year.  For specific shipping and handling details you may contact us at info@psherrod.com.  Please note that Standard Shipping does not require a signature from the addressee.  You may request your order be shipped with "Signature Required" by simply noting it during checkout: "Require a signature upon delivery of this order."  An additional charge of $2.50 per shipment will apply for all Signature Required shipments.  P. Sherrod & Co. is not responsible for items after delivery has been confirmed by postal service.

  • Express Shipping - Deadline to guarantee delivery by 12/24/23 is 12:00 pm EST on 12/18/23 (3-5 business days)

  • Next Day Shipping - Deadline to guarantee delivery by 12/24/23 is 12:00 pm EST on 12/21/23 (Next business day)

What about items on backorder?

Due to heavy demand of select products, certain items may be placed on a 6-8 week backorder.  If an item is on backorder that item will be marked as “backorder” or “sold out” on the product page.  If you are interested in "Backordered" or "Sold Out" items, please complete the “get notified” field under the sold out notice that appears on the product page. When this product is back in stock we will email you. Feel free to email us at info@psherrod.com with any requests as well. P. Discount Codes?

Discount codes may be used at checkout within the active dates of the discount code. Clearance, Speciality, Charity and Limited Edition Items may not apply to certain discounts.  Any questions regarding your discount code can be addressed to info@psherrod.com.

Information You Provide? We receive and store the information you enter. When you make a purchase, sign up for VIP status, searches and the like, and you input information such as your address, phone number or credit card we can store that information. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our special offers and discounts.  For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.  We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other services and feature we offer in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. Colors?  Colors may appear different in person then they appear online depending on the monitor the item is viewed.

Sherrod & Co adheres to all Federal and State Government policy and regulations.  If we receive a lawful court order to release account or other personal information then we will comply with the law. We will also release information when necessary to protect the life, safety or property of others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
