What is your return policy?
We want you to love your P. Sherrod & Co. purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Guidelines
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Items must be returned in original product packaging
A copy of the original receipt is required
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, color, or style, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All final sale, clearance, specialty, and limited-edition items are not eligible for return. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
Order Errors or Incorrect Items
If you received an item in error or the incorrect product was sent, please contact our customer care team at info@psherrod.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once the issue is confirmed:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item
Upon receipt, the correct item will be re-shipped at no additional cost
Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact our customer care team at info@psherrod.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
Please ship returns using an insured, trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx recommended). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part. P. Sherrod & Co. is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your P. Sherrod & Co. leather handbag, we recommend the following care guidelines:
Spot clean using a natural leather conditioner and a soft, dry cloth
Avoid water, chemical solvents, and abrasive cleaners
Store your bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
If your bag becomes wet, wipe it dry immediately to prevent staining or water marks

What are my shipping options?

- Standard Ground Shipping - Ships within 48 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping - Ships within 24 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping - Ships within 24 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is next business day for orders placed prior to 12:00 pm EST. Orders placed after1 2:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping and handling rates are applied by weight per item and box size. Standard shipping does not include sales or service tax. Shipping and handling also includes packing materials. For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment. We currently only ship to the continental US and do not ship to locations outside that area. We will be expanding our shipping locations later in the year. For specific shipping and handling details you may contact us at info@psherrod.com. Please note that Standard Shipping does not require a signature from the addressee. You may request your order be shipped with "Signature Required" by simply noting it during checkout: "Require a signature upon delivery of this order." An additional charge of $2.50 per shipment will apply for all Signature Required shipments. P. Sherrod & Co. is not responsible for items after delivery has been confirmed by postal service.

- Standard Ground Shipping - Deadline to guarantee delivery by 12/24/25 is 12:00 pm EST on 12/15/25 (7-10 business days)
- Express Shipping - Deadline to guarantee delivery by 12/21/25 is 12:00 pm EST on 12/18/23 (3-5 business days)
- Next Day Shipping - Deadline to guarantee delivery by 12/24/23 is 12:00 pm EST on 12/21/25 (Next business day)

What about items on backorder?
Due to heavy demand of select products, certain items may be placed on a 6-8 week backorder. If an item is on backorder that item will be marked as “backorder” or “sold out” on the product page. If you are interested in "Backordered" or "Sold Out" items, please complete the “get notified” field under the sold out notice that appears on the product page. When this product is back in stock we will email you. Feel free to email us at info@psherrod.com with any requests as well. P. Sherrod & Co. will keep you updated on the status of backorders and will alert you when backorders are available for purchase.
